Kim began making her jams, jellies and relish when she had excess fruit and other produce from her own garden. Her recipes have been perfected by trial and error to maximise the produce and make good food for her family,

In 2009 Kim entered the Sydney Royal Easter Show and came home with 3 first and a second. She has since entered nearly every year along with local shows – Mudgee, Gulgong and Rylstone as well as Sydney Royal. Kim likes to get feedback so that she can continue to improve her product.
